Had a relatively good experience for a year living here (other than it taking over a week for anything to get fixed), but then we decided to move to a bigger apartment in the neighborhood. We decided to get a garage with our apartment and thought everything was worked out 2 months before our move. Upon moving, our apartment had none of the hardware installed, the stove was in the middle of the kitchen, none of the closet doors were installed, garbage disposal didn't work, no covers on the light fixtures and cabinets hung crooked. It took staff over two weeks to fix our garbage disposal (my boyfriend fixed the rest because we didn't want to wait so long). When I informed the staff they just said they were sorry. It also took the staff 2 months for us to get a garage clicker to use our garage. In the meantime we had to store our things elsewhere because they kept forgetting to get around to it. Just now, I was on the phone with the front desk searching for a package that was delivered 5 days ago that the staff neglected to notify me.. Overall, just find another place to live. Oh, and the gym is DISGUSTING and probably breaks every health code ever. Only redeeming quality is how nice Erika has been to us every time we walk in.
